5. Right-click on the MUI key and select New then Key.
   

   

6. Name the new key StringCacheSettings.
7. On the right panel, right-click on an empty space and select New -> DWORD value with the StringCacheGeneration value name.
8. At this point, click on the newly created value and change its value data to 38b and check the Hexadecimal box; in the end, click on OK.
9. Restart your computer.

4. Reset power plans to default

• In the command prompt, type
  powercfg –restoredefaultschemes
  
• Hit Enter.
• Exit command prompt.

5. Run a  full system scan

1. Hold down Windows logo key.
2. Type security.
3. Select Virus & threat protection.
4. Click the link Scan options.
5. Choose Full scan.
6. Scan now.
