Issue: How to fix KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD on Windows?

I think that my PC is infected with a virus. Once or twice a week my PC’s screen is locked by a BSOD window saying KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I’m seriously frightened since I did not backup my files for several month, so I’m afraid of losing important data. This BSOD window does not say anything about file encryption and simila things that are typical for death screen, so I still hope that this issue is not that serious. Could you please tell me what should I do?
