Issue: How to fix Ordinal 43 Not Found error in Fallout 3?
Hello. I have not been able to get my Fallout 3 to work properly. When I click Play, the game crashes. It worked fine before I upgraded from Windows 7. Can anyone help?

Solution 3. Launch Fallout 3 in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP3

- Right-click it and choose Properties
- Navigate to the Compatibility tab in the Properties window and check the box next to the Run this program as an administrator
