Can’t resize app window

Hello. For some reason, Windows does not let me resize application windows. Is there a fix to this issue?

• Type regedit and click OK to open the Registry Editor.
• Navigate to the following location: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell

• Choose Modify from the context menu.

• Head over to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager.

• Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run box.
