4. netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name= "Apex Legends Appuals fix UDP Outbound" dir=out action=allow protocol=UDP localport=1024-1124,18000,29900,37000-40000

Solution 5. Change Proxy Settings

• Press and hold the Windows + R keys to open the Run program
• Now type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter
• Head over to the Connections tab and click on the option named LAN Settings
• Make sure the Automatically detect proxy settings option is unchecked
