Hello. As soon as I installed Teams 2.0 on Windows my PC crashed with a Bue Screen error. When I tried to launch the app after the crash, it happened again. How do I fix this?

Method 2. Install Outlook Add-in (workaround)

• Go to the official Microsoft download page.
• Expand the section titled What did this mean for customers of the cash Teams version? located at the lower part.
• Click on the link to the classic Teams app. This will be the setup for Teams 1.x client.
• Once the download is completed, run the setup TeamsSetup_c_w_.exe.
• You will be asked whether you want to switch to the new Teams 2.x client.
• Respond positively, and you will notice that both versions of Teams (1.x and 2.x) are available on the Start menu.
• The Outlook Add-in will also work with Teams 2.0.
