Method 2. Run the upgrade using Windows Update

In case you encountered 0x8009000F-0x90002 error when trying to upgrade Windows 10 using Media Creation Tool due to the fact that you cannot find Windows Update, here’s what you have to do:

1. Open Start Menu, type regedit, and press Enter.
