   Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\\\\AppXManifest.xml”}
4. Close the window and go to C:/Users/name/AppData/Local/ (name is your Account Username);
   

   

5. Find TileDataLayer folder and delete it;
6. Check if the toolbar is working properly again.

2. Type the following command and hit Enter:
   sfc /scannow
