2. Press Win + R, type wsreset.exe and select OK.
3. Wait. An empty black window opens and closes by itself, and then Microsoft Store opens.
4. In the Store, select your profile picture and check that the owner of the game is signed in.

Fix 7. Repair or reset the Xbox app

3. Find Xbox, select the three dots and then Advanced options.
