How to fix 0x80070003 Windows update error?

Hello. I want to update my Windows 10 to the latest version, but I instead encounter error 0x80070003. Is there anything that can be done about this? I am not sure what to do as I have never had to deal with something like this before.

Fix 1. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
