Steam error “MISSING DOWNLOADED FILES”
on Windows

I don't know what's been going on, but when I was trying to install Rainbow Six Siege through Steam, it didn't work. The download bar went fully up to 100% and then it just stopped. To the left of the download bar it said MISSING DOWNLOADED FILES. I tried installing it again and I got the same thing.
