Hello. I need serious help because I caused the encryption on my files by loading the file attachment from the malicious email. It was attractive and related to my latest shopping online, so I fell for the scam and now Qall ransomware has my files. I don't want to pay them but have no backups that could help with the locked documents. Is there anything helpful?
