As we understand from your question, you PC was attacked by Arena ransomware. The infected computer should not be connected with other devices, including other PCs, USB or other external drives, smartphones, and so on. That's because some of the malicious files can be transferred to the additional device, which, later on, connected to other or the same PC, will continue distributing Arena virus.
