Thank you for your report. Many people reported that after installation of V1709 all personal information has been transferred to another folder. However, in some cases, the data gets completely missing or rather can't be accessed normally.
That's one of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update bugs, so we can only expect Microsoft to fix it soon. Currently, roll back the update and wait until Microsoft releases a patch. To uninstall the build, you should:
1. Press "Windows key + I" and open "Updates & Security."
2. Click "Recovery" on the left pane and find the "Go back to the previous version of Windows 10" section.
3. Click on "Get Started" button and then follow the on-screen instructions.
