W7, how to change Security Center Services location from one name to another? Problem with ‘Windows Security Center service can’t be started’. Followed your advice online about SCS Automatic (Delayed Start) and thoroughly swept disc for malware or Trojans (negative) but still system is incredibly slow. Can you suggest anything else please?
