Hi
I have my passport ultra external had disk from Westeron Digital.
When I am connecting it to two of my laptop it is beeping and it is not showing in windows explorer as any drive, say A or B or Z etc.
What could be the reason and how to resolve it? I have lot of data in it

Unfortunately, this requires a much broader investigation, as it seems like your hard drive might be broken entirely. We would highly suggest you visit a qualified IT support and see if it could help you to restore data in case the external hard drive is broken. If your device is still under warranty (as you mentioned that you have a password), you should contact Westeron Digital directly, and they should be able to provide you with aid.
