how to solve scan and repair hard drive ?? after log in everything stops in a black screen. Can’t go any further can not restart the computer at all after several desperate attempts I unplug it …. please help !!!

It is hard to tell what is going on based on your description - there might be different reasons for all of this. However, we will try to help you.
First of all, try to reset Windows, as explained in the following article: Reset Windows 10 to factory settings. There are several methods listen, so try them all and see if any of them work.
If unsuccessful, you are most likely dealing with a hard drive failure. To check, you will have to find a working hard drive and connect it to your PC. If it works - it means you have to replace it with a new device.
