Issue: Cannot access email – how to fix Rate limited error?

Hello. I get the issue with my Yahoo email. I cannot access my email account. It is not possible to sign in. Rate limited caption is in the error explanation. Why do I have this issue, and maybe I can somehow work around it? Help!
