We are sorry to hear that your PC has been attacked by a notorious Arena ransomware. At the moment, there is no decryption key developed, but to recover the encrypted files, at least most of them, you should try the fixes provided on this post.
IMPORTANT: Before initiating any of the decryption methods, make sure to remove the ransowmare completely. For this purpose, use a professional anti-malware utility and make sure to update it before a scan.
