on Windows

Hi, I have recently purchased Victoria 3 game on Steam and was excited to play it. Unfortunately, I did not have a very good time while playing it, as it just kept crashing to desktop for no apparent reason. These crashes occur at random, seemingly unrelated times when I'm playing the game. I am using Windows 10 22H2 version.

Victoria 3 is a strategy video game created by Paradox Development Studio and published by Paradox Interactive. As a sequel to Victoria 2, it came out on multiple platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, on 25 October 2022. It includes periods in history between 1836 and 1936 and allows players to control any of the 100 available countries.
