I got error code 0xc0000098 but once I go into the recovery environment computer goes to IDE channel 2 and wont let me input and then goes back to blue screen that says your pc/device needs to be repaired press f1 to enter recovery environment

0xc0000098 error will prevent you from accessing a boot environment, as well as Windows itself. This issue is present in all the latest operating systems, including Windows 10, 8, and 7.
0xc0000098 error indicates that Boot Configuration data files are either damaged or missing, consequently prevent you from loading into normal or other Windows mode. In some cases, the error might also indicate that RAM or hard drive is failing, so you would have to replace the mentioned components with new ones.
To fix 0xc0000098 error, you will have download Media Creation Tool from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and then put the ISO file into a USB drive. Once complete, please perform the steps indicated in the following article.
