When I downloaded Win 10 after your free offer, there was nothing about the prog Reimage which is not free. Now the update runs every day because it fails to install version 1709. Do I have to go back to Win 8.1 again? When using wifi, the error “you are not connected” comes up very often when I start a session.
When the wifi is switched off an on, and the same with my network, then internet will come back. Sometimes I have to do this several times.

Thank you for visiting UgetFix. Your question is a little bit ambiguous, so please let us to figure everything out. First of all, we do not promote Windows 10 free offers. Second of all, Reimage is definitely a free program, but it offers a paid version, which has more features, but in any way Reimage developers do not urge people to purchase the license. Thus, if you do not intend to do that, you can keep using Reimage free version.
Regarding the update 1709. Try to perform the methods listed in this article and check if Windows Update problem has been resolved. If none of these fixed helped, then you may need to go back to the previous build. There may be many reasons for that, for instance, incompatible software. One of the solution might be fresh Windows 10 install.
Finally, Wi-Fi. Actually, Windows 10 update 1709 and the previous 1607 caused many problems with Internet connection. In your case, we would recommend trying this following Wi-Fi error fix.
