after downloading and trying to install update error code 0cx1900197 came up and previous version was restored. then yesterday after windows made another attempt to update my PC booted with “attempting to restore install, restoring previous version of windows,,,, reboot and repeat in endless loop.
what can be done without losing data?

0cx1900197 error. Strangely, this error code hasn't yet been included into Microsoft's database and it's not clear what it refers to. Did you type the error code correctly?
