Can I revert Microsoft Hyper-V to Windows 7?

I accidently done with setup and my windows was change to Microsoft Hyper-V server 2008 R2 and I don’t know how to change back to windows 7

    Unfortunately, but by upgrading to Microsoft Hyper-V server 2008 R2, you basically installed a new operating system on your computer. The only way to revert changes is by reinstalling Windows entirely or use the restore/recover option.

    Reboot your PC and press F8 until you see the System Recovery Options window. From there, you can choose either System Restore, or Windows Complete PC restore options. Then, follow on-screen instructions to complete the reinstall process.

      Help Thank you for the info , now I'm in system recovery options and required to choose a recovery tool . But system restore doesn't work for me and I am not sure what‘s the window complete PC restore
