First of all, we apologize for not being able to answer your question asap. Thor ransomware is an extremely dangerous cyber infection, which renders personal files useless.
Before we talk about data recovery possibilities, we would like to ask you whether you have already removed Thor ransomware from the system. As long as the virus resides, you won't be able to retrieve data or ti be repeatedly encrypted. If you cannot remove the virus, reboot your PC into Safe Mode with Networking and run a scan with Reimage or another security software.
One the virus is gone, you should try to retrieve locked files using third-party data recovery tools, such as Data Recovery Pro or Shadow Explorer. For more information, please see this post.
