locked out of older iPad2. Tried the remove from activation list in find my phone, and it doesn’t work. I can’t activate it.
Do not recall password used to set it up. Now I can’t access the iPad.

The best way to solve this situation is to contact Apple support - the tech staff should be able to identify you and unlock the device for you.
