my Data is encrypted by nesa. Not on system but on disk D:/. My file like .jpg, .pdf its corrupted and damaged. But with cdr (Corel Draw), its work but if in the project cdr have .jpg file, it crash. I try to use Data Recovery Pro, Shadow Explorer, and SpyHunter5, but its not work. Can you help me and what must I do?

Ransomware does not corrupt files but instead locks them using a strong encryption algorithm. To decrypt them, users need to acquire a key that is kept on a remote server controlled by hackers. Unfortunately, recovering .nesa encrypted files sometimes might not be possible unless the ransom is paid.
If you already tried Data Recover Pro, ShadowExplorer and SpyHunter 5 and it did not help you, there are very few options left for you. This is mainly because recovery software works based on the same principle - if the space that the file was kept on is overwritten with other data, recovery software can no longer access it. Thus, no other similar programs would help you.
